sleep inertia and playoff games
(Preview)
want to hit better, field better, play better? then, according to research i've found online, one way to do that ( if you sleep nights and most of us do) is to avoid playing games early in the day. i see that several of the 45+ playoff games are scheduled to start at 10 a.m., much as they did last week. unfort...

End of the road for the Reds
(Preview)
Well, it wasn't the story book ending I envisioned, but certainly was an ending! The Bombers murderers row lineup thoroughly thrashed us over the weekend, gaining a well deserved spot in the finals against the Giants. Good luck to both teams. Proud of the effort shown by all of the Golden Marlins on Saturday!
(Preview)
While we were swept in two straight by the defending champs, there were some notable performances by MY FRIENDS! Game one saw Billy Smith (with a very sore throwing elbow) toughing out six innings behind the dish. Randy Craft again displayed his considerable talent at shortstop, with no less than 3 w...

Dear Board of Directors...............

It seems that the 33 division (w/12 waivers per team for guys 30 yo) is headed to being a 30+ division. If that happens, the gap from 30 to...
