Cubs beat Pirates 5-4 to split the season series....Don Ball was the story for the Cubs as he drove in the winning runs with a clutch two-out, two-run RBI single. Jon Martin got the win for the Cubs, making only one mistake as Jason Owens towered a 2-run HR for the Pirates.
Dodgers win 3-1 in a pitchers duel. Andy Sardella gave up 1 unearned run and got out of a couple bases loaded jams in leading the Dodgers.
