Friday night at New Scotland, the Marlins won a very competitive game with the Blue Jays 6 - 5.
After the game the Marlins held a picnic for the wives and families of the Silvers players. It was a great way to involve the families and a great time was had by all. We broke up the party around ten and headed home. At a Friday night game, we usually have about 2 or 3 wives show up, but on this night we had about 10 wives and numerous other relatives and friends. It was great to have everybody there. We went through about 26 cheese burgers, 35 hot dogs, and 3 or 4 coolers. Can't wait for the end of the year party!!!
