Peppers

If those scores are correct on home page, congrats to the Peppers for a fine day. The White Sox have been playing well lately, and to see the Reds out this soon, is a surprise.

Congrats to the Peppers, they wanted the game and the Reds did not. Taking nothing away from the Peppers the Reds were down 3 starters and then lost our catcher during the game to a broken fingar. This was no excuse for a team high 8 errors. We deserve the loss.

I, on behalf of the Reds, would like to wish the remaining teams much luck in the rest of the playoffs. Again Ed you guys played a great game of baseball after the 11 innings battle with the White Sox. Artie what can I say, you too were on top of your game, keeping our bats quiet. Watch out for Jim and his Giants, they are tough. Best of luck.

This is a huge surprise after the season that the Reds had this year. Congrats to the Peppers on what I am sure they consider their best single day in team history! Look out Giants for the Red Hot Chilli Peppers!
