Help me support the American Heart Association

First of all I wanted to let you know that this isn't something I normally do but feel compelled to help out as much as I can as heart disease is something that is in prevalent in my family. Also, in no way is the site (CDMSBL) affiliated with this.

I am helping the American Heart Association fight the nation's leading causes of death by participating in the Heart Walk. Heart disease is often genetic; this is certainly the case in my family. My father lost both of his parents to heart attacks. My father and 3 of his 4 siblings (two brothers and a sister) suffered heart attacks before their 50th-birthdays. Unfortunately, my mothers family also struggles with heart-related illness, including high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Her brother had a stroke just a few years ago, again before his 50th-birthday. Myself, I have both high blood pressure and cholesterol. Needless to say, with my family history, I have been monitoring and acting proactively to fend off heart disease for many years. As you can see, the money you donate could help someone you don't know, or possibly someone very close to you. Step out against heart disease and stroke by supporting my efforts. Please make a donation so I can reach my walker-dollar goal. Thank you for your support!

Visit my online website (Donate Here) to make a donation. Unfortunately through the website a minimum of $25.00 has to be donated but please do not let that stop you from donating as a check can always be written for any amount. If you would like to donate by check please PM me and I can give you the information.

Thank you in advance to those that wish to support me in my cause.

Hi Jason
I'm not sure how to contact you, but I will certainly be happy to donate.

My dad died from a heart attack in 1960 at age 49 due to stress from serving with Merrill's Marauders in Burma, and from high cholesterol, too.

I'd be happy to send a check. Let me know how to get in touch with you.
Good luck to you and your family.

Feel free to shoot me an e-mail at home for those who wish to send the check. Snitchols@nycap.rr.com

Remember everyone, we all know someone who has had heart issues and unfortunately some even in our leagues have had problems. Let's help the AHA out to help fight this very common disease.

Jim, I just sent you an e-mail with the info. Thanks for your donation, it is greatly appreciated.
