Rock Star Sighting

In case you missed it, that was knuckleballer Scott Card featured on the cover of last week's METROLAND magazine (it's free, so even some of you guys on the Highlanders can afford it). The article featured Scott's successful band, Ten Year Vamp. Just one of those talented guys, I guess.

And, yes, excellent job on the banquet, gentlemen. It's an idea that has been knocked around for years. Nice to see it come to fruition. Great work gettiing Steve Sigler to stop by, too bad you couldn't get his famous daughter, Jamie Lynn Sigler, AKA, Meado Soprano.

I checked out the Metroland article (thanks Tony), and that article pointed me toward Ten Year Vamps' website. There are some great clips of Scotty Card being Scotty! They have listings for concert dates and video from recent conerts. It is a great time. You should check it out!
Just Google: "Ten Year Vamp" to find the site.

If you want to see a great rock band go see Ten Year Vamp. I actually hired them for a private party my employer was putting on and they definitely are worth going to see.

Scott even let me sit in and play guitar on one song, I wanted to keep going but I think that was all he and the band could handle!
