Players, managers, league officials, the banquet is being organized by your newly elected CDMSBL board. we hope it gives us a forum for celebration; To honor our league , its members and those who have excelled in the past year. Steve Sigler the MSBL National founder/president is a special guest. We'll have a featured speaker. Divisional league awards will be presented, as well as the league wide Jim Jordan award for sportsmanship. The event wil also feature the induction of 4 new Hall of Famers in the class of 2008. this class includes Jim McQuade, Jim Ansel, Tom Maney and Ted Martin. Past HOF'ers will be on hand to welcome these new members.

Invititations were sent out to the award winners in all age divisions. and we are looking for RSVP's from them ASAP. We have additional seatings for league members at $15 per . we have a cut off date of Feb 22nd. The facility, Casey's, understandably needs that head count and we will not sell nor seat anymore after that. Further we will not accept payment at the door so send the money into the league at the address mentioned on the other thread. Checks/money orders are to be made out to CDMSBL. Please make sure your name is clearly on the check or money order so we can develop a list for entrance at the door. We hope to fill this hall to capacity. Please , awardees respond as quickly as possible to those written invitiation and players please get your money in to be sure to have a seat.

Alot of work has gone into the planning already and I know you will enjoy the evening sharing in the celebration.

A list of the 47 award winners was announced on the web, and while the other divisions have picked their awardees the commisioners might want to post them so everyone can see who is being feted.
