In my feeble attempt to become the 3rd Guru on our website I have been asked to be the PR man for the Orioles. Tonight In a game at the West Albany Babe Ruth Field between the Pirates and the Orioles which took all of about 1 1/2 hours to play the Orioles finally pushed a run across in the bottom of the 6th inning on a single by Doug Reisinger (Happy 42nd Birthday) to win 1-0. Great pitching performances were put in by both Mike Kane of the Pirates and Chris Abrams of the O's.
The Orioles on a 5 game winning streak run their record to 5-2. Let it be known that Jimmy Preller was signing autographs of his new book which was well received by the NY Times on Sunday. Good Job Jim
