Well hello once again sports enthusiasts and welcome to CDMSBL Sports Center. Im Bob Lounsbury, GM of Blue Thunder with a brief recap of the game held today at the Kinderhook Field between the 1-7 Veterans and 3-6 Blue Thunder. Behind to 3-hit, 1 BBs, 0 Ks pitching performance from Bob Weitz and 7 hits (two hits from Tim Brown and two from Pete Geanellis and RBIs from 3 different players, Blue Thunder improved to 4-6 with a 5-0 victory over the Veterans. Mike Hart went the distance for the Veterans and pitched a masterful game, keeping Blue Thunder in check throughout. Thank you to all the Veterans, who continue to always play with true sportsmanship. Another thank you to Brad Buchan, on putting together a lineup today and playing a heck of a game in the absence of Tony Scanu. See you Cougars on 8/07/08 for our season finale.
