In yet another hard fought game with the Vets.This one had the Dodgers leading into the 7th 4-2 when the Vets scored 3 runs to take a 5-4 lead into the bottom half of the 7th.The Dodgers came back and scored 2 to pull this one out.Game winning base hit from Nick Kanellis.Brett Conlin went the distance for the win.Leading the way for the Dodgers were Nick Kanellis with 3 hits including a double,Bret Conlin had 2 hits and 2 runs scored,and the Dodger defense played very well.For the Vets Dave DeMaria had a long double,Bill Kervan picthed 2 complete game and also had 2 hits,and Matt Lemung had 2 hits including a double.Always a pleasure playing the Vets.Our games always seem to come down to the last inninng.Hats off to Tony Scanu who always has his team ready to play.The Vets are a great group of guys.
