just to bring you the latest on times for the used equipment donations to Roberto's Kids on sunday (8/16) at new scotland town park:
we'll be accepting equipment from 11 a.m. to 1:55 p.m.
the pindars will be there from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. and will be happy to talk with anyone who'd like to chat about their mission of bringing equipment to poor kids. we hope to take a picture for hardball magazine about 1:30 - so anyone who'd like to be in the photo then is welcome to join us.
the pindars have to leave by 2, so it's probably best to get your donations in by 1:55.
this was a great success. (Gino you must have missed somehow.?) The Pindars left at about 2PM with a pick-up loaded with your generosity. thank you Mike for organizing this once again.
