He had on his facebook page he is gonna be a father.............Congrats!
And.....say goodbye to playing and hello to coaching...........................i missed 12 years of playing ball after my son was born and just started playing again last year.
Yes........I broke the news yesterday on my facebook page. My wife and I were going on a mini vacation (due to the fact that my team was eliminated) and while we were there she broke the news to me.
My wife told me I need to cut down playing in so many leagues and maybe focus on one and I asked why..............and she says I need to be home for her and our baby. Guys I will admit it that I cried like a little school girl. The feeling I got from her telling me I was going to be a dad (I have been wanting to be a dad for awhile) was better then the feeling I got from hitting a homerun or driving in the winning run.
Q there is nothing in the world better than being in the room when your Baby is born, God bless you and your family, and even with all the late night feedings, crying, crapping and puking NO SLEEP, it is all worth it ! I am just surprised you figured out how to do it to begin with or was home long enough lol
seems to me as if you just hit your most IMPORTANT home run ever!
