Fellow members of the cdmsbl. With the Holidays coming upon us. I would like to offer you a gift, that will benefit both you, and your loved ones. Myself, along with about 10 other players have been on a nutrition and cleansing program, with great results. We have not only lost a lot of weight, but your energy also increases. I would just ask that you please check out my site. I will never ask, or call anyone. You can contact me if you want to. Do it for yourself, and your family. There have been at least 5 more players involved sense the last post. From now until January 3rd. It is $0 to join with a 30 day program, sure to get you where you need to be. If you just want to use the products, there is a way, I can get you wholesale, without any information you do not want to share. My numbers continue to improve,as do others. Everyone, must know a friend or family member that could use this.
Happy Holidays to all.

I too have started the program and after four days I am down 10 pounds and one pants size all ready. If you want more info you can go to my website also, notes1b@isagenix.com. How's that for punctuation Pete? Didn't think PE teachers knew proper english.
Another great weight loss option to consider is available at www.proteinpower.com. It is a restricted carbohydrate program that really works wonders. I went from 240 last January 15 to 190 by the beginning of the season and have kept it off.
Amazing how much easier it is to bend over and field a ground ball without a bowling ball sized stomach!
glad to hear you fellas are doing something about the small child that you have been carrying around with you all these years. did anyone have names for the encumbrance which they allowed to fester for so long?i used to call mine giggles, for obvious reasons. did the low carb diet for awhile. went from 239 down to 205 a few years back, and have been able to keep it off. seriously tho, there was a problem with stones developing from the low carb diet. my doctor told me to use caution with this diet. not only does it force the body to use stored carbs instead of the amount we would take in during a regular day, but it also changes your physiology, which for me culminated in stones. regular check-ups are strongly advised. see everyone at the banquet. be safe. p.s.- i would pay money to watch a fat John c. try to field a ground ball.

How much would you pay??
The "low carb" diets aren't low carb once you get to the maintenance phase..... at that point they become more of a "restricted carb" diet but you have changed your metabolism and can handle 125 grams or so of carbs a day which means you can have fruit, vegetables etc.
Guys, down 34 lbs, 16 % body fat. I started on Oct 15th, and the last few weeks, I've just stayed at my desired weight. I haven't seen 199 in 10 years!!! Now, it's belly bustin, trying to get the "SPARE TIRE" back to respectability!!! Was at 233.9 My experience in the last 5 years was to lose, gain back more, no matter what I did. In Florida, played every inning, and being 57 years of age, isn't easy. Our doubleheader day, I caught game 1, played LF, SS for the whole 9 innings in game 2. Not tired at all, energy level great. The Isagenix products I use, allows you to intake all the nutrients, amino acids that the body needs to function properly, and in turn, not starving your muscle mass. I don't care what age you are, if you are vastly overweight, or even a bit over, do yourself a favor, at least check it out. Body fat still exists in thin individuals, so don't fool yourself. Steve V, myself, Bob Noto, Herbie Cepeda, Pete Geanellis, Tony Grocki, Dave VanWormer, can attest to this product doing what it say's it does. No and's, if's or but's!!! Especially after the holidays, or even before, go to www.mikeeplite.isagenix.com , and scroll through the site. Oh, not on meds anymore, used to take Niaspan, as well as Hydrochlorothiazide for blood pressure. You folks should check out what these man made meds will do to you over time, not pleasant thought. I would think that would be motivation enough to change your habits, and get into some sort of nutritional program, no matter what it is. In addition, need to exercise in some form, even if it's only 15 minutes a day. Can't cheat mother nature!!!
