The Board of Directors are looking to see if anyone in the league would be interested in being our league's treasurer? It would be a paid position. Your job would be to work with the division commissioners as well as the board to pay bills and keep track of the leagues finances. While we prefer someone from inside CDMSBL, we can hire anyone for this post. But at the least, this person should be a spouse or friend and be qualified.
This person would be responsible for collecting fees, paying bills, tracking account balances, and reporting on the performance of budgets.
Other responsibilities include developing the CDMSBL fiscal and annual reports as well as prepare and file annual reports with the IRS and the state. We are a non-for-profit entity.
