Interested in practicing for the 2010 season?

Now that we are in 2010 and Baseball season is just around the corner. Its now time to start picking up a bat and ball and get ready for the season.

As some of you have heard the Frozen Ropes complex (located off of Central ave.) has put in new state of the art lights.

If you are interested in starting to practice with your entire CDMSBL team or just with a few guys please call Brendan Roberts at 518-435-2424 or by email brendan.roberts@frozenropes.com.

As of right now some of the best times to rent the facility are Saturday afternoons and nights, as well as Sunday mornings. If you call ahead it will be on a 1st come 1st serve basis. If you are looking for other days and times Brendan is willing to work with the CDMSBL.

If you come as a group you will receive the CDMSBL discount. Inquire within to find out more about pricing.

Thanks

If you wanted to have multiple teams practice at once that works too.

What I recommend for teams to do so there is no wasted time is have guys hitting in the cage (guys throwing BP........or live when your ready), soft toss, and some tee work. Then have pitchers throwing bullpen sessions each week increasing the number of pitches thrown. Have guys throw and take some infield or do situations. Also, I would mix some conditioning in to increase flexability and to make guys stronger.

Any questions please fee free to contact Q
