On a very warm night at New Scotland the Dodgers defeated the Vets 6-2. Brett Conlin pitched the final 4 innings giving up no runs and allowing just 2 hits for the victory. John Cortese, Paul Celentano, and John Reardon eached had 2 hits to pace a balanced Dodger attack.
For the Vets Dave Demaria, and Greg Smith had 2 hits each. Always a pleasure to play the Vets they are a much improved and classy bunch of ball players.
