Here is another motivation for managers to get their scoresheets to Rob before the end of the day: A player needs to have appeared in 7 of his team's regular season games, or he is not eligible to play in the playoffs. There are some very talented players out there that have 6 or less games played on the team statistics page. That page is all that we have to go by. For instance, on the Cubs roster page, Pete Geanellis has only 4 games and Jim Walter has only 5. These players are not on the Cubs playoff roster. The only exception that I can think of is Jim Latorre. He only shows 3 games for the Hummnbirds, but he played at least 4 games for the Blue Jays. The combined total would give him enough to qualify. Someone correct me if I am wrong, but if the manager does not turn the sheet in by the start of the playoffs, we will go by the number on the website as to games played??!! Some notable players who show as not qualifying at this late date: Earl Mitchell, Jed Sagazie, Mike Stammel, Darnell Baker, Jimmy Becker, Mike Maiello, John Paloga, and former batting champ Bob Burns.
Managers, plaese don't cause a player to miss out on the playoffs because you didn't get the scoresheets in on time!

Mike Rob Et El ----- Rob should have the stats I sent a while ago for the A-s Cubs -- the one ending in a tie --- please check because ironically enough --- ERIK pitched against the CUBS, the team that Mike G is on. Rob has a spread sheet of every game dwe played.... if anyone is questioning the A's Stats, Rob can send you the spread sheet with all 20 games.
Call me at 423-0870. The workbook I sent to you has every games stats. All 20. I continually added games to the workbook as games were played, and the very last stat sheet I sent has all games including the Cubs which is missing from the stats.
