The Yankees plated two unearned runs, with two outs in the top of the 7th, to gain an improbable come-from-behind win (5-4) over the Golden Marlins. Pete Westfall pitched the sixth and seventh innings for the Yankees to get the win. The Yankees got a triple, single, and 2 RBI's from John Moscovic to lead the offense. The Golden Marlins got two singles and 2 stolen bases from Randy Craft; two singles, a stolen base and a RBI From Skip Treece; and a triple, single, 2 stolen bases, and a RBI from Mike Girard in defeat. John Kalinski gave up three runs, while giving up eight hits for the Yankees; and John Latorre gave up just two earned runs, while scattering 9 hits, in taking the hard luck loss for the fish. Watch out for these Yankees in the upcoming playoffs, as they are a tough team when they have all of their players show up.
