The managers pick in the 45's and 55's . they rank from eligible players (35 PA's, 30 innings pitched) giving their top ranked pick 15 points and the next 14 pts and so on. after all managers have ranked the 15 players with the most points are all league. same ranking process to pick Bill Jones winner and Mgr. of the year. managers cannot rank their own players or them selves . the top point getter is the MVP. Been doing it this way for 3 years now. I don't know about the process in the 18,25, and 35 divisions. jreel 45/55 comm.
