Well, it looks like we have a new team in the 28+ division that I put together in about 4 days. They look pretty solid, but they could use a few more players. Mike Scoville posted in this forum a few months back. As far as I know, he's still looking for a team. Perhaps you could put him on this "new" team's roster. He'd be thrilled to be on a team at this point.
