I typically try to tell my players when free agency movement begins and ends so they are aware of when they can move to another team without penalty. Given that nothing in 2020 has been normal to this point and given that the 45 playoffs are still ongoing, is the typical free agency period still October 1 through October 31? Or will that be moved back?

So far, Rob, nothing at the Board level has changed. All players are free agents after their season ends until Nov. 1. After that, they need permission from their GMs to leave.
