Pirates All - some good news on Jim Jasiewicz!! Jazzy was released from the hospital, but still in very a very long recovery. His breathing is still very labored, and difficult to converse for a long period. He went quite some time without being able to handle meals, but reports his appetite is slowly returning. While getting back on the field is most likely quite away off, he is using playing baseball as a motivational goal!
He is determined and looking forward to returning to full health. He is very appreciative of of all your prayers and good thoughts, and requested that we keep them coming his way. I kept the conversation short, due to his breathing, but a text would lift his spirits! (518) 253-1913. jd
