The CDMSBL Board of Directors approved the Capital Division Season Plan on 3/9/21. They highlights of the plan are as follows: Jim Ansel will remain the Commissioner for this Division. There is a $30 enrollment fee which allows individuals a guaranteed spot at the games if so desired before a broader invite is initiated if needed to fill the rosters for that game. Players that choose to attend will be assessed a $10 fee at the field each game. The Capital Division will begin the same weekend as the 45 Division and will be allowed the last time slot at New Scotland unless the 45 Division must schedule 4 games on any particular Sunday. Other available fields include Kuhn Park, Bethlehem, Schenectady Central Park, and Watervliet HS. Mike Epilite will umpire the games at $70 per game and if not available the Division will employ one of the two umpiring groups at $90 for one umpire. A motion to accept the proposal was made by John Reel and seconded by John Kalinski and approved unanimously by the BOD's. 10-0
This is the final season plan to be approved and all Divisions now have the go ahead to begin their seasons. In other words, PLAY BALL.
