Some 20 years ago, my wife said "Let's get CDPHP" (or Capital District Physicians Health Plan.) I asked why.
"Because," she said, "It's the insurance lots of doctors here take. If it's good enough for them, it's good enough for us."
I'm not into commercial-making, but my wife was right: prices are fair, service is good, and, once you turn 62 (I think that's the age) there's free membership in the area YMCAS. For me, that's amounted to, among other benefits,12 years of free laps, or about 7,000, in the pool.
