I have been asked by a handful of guys if I would be organizing Fall Ball games this year. The first question I have is - who wants to play?
The games would be played on Saturday or Sunday afternoons at Watervliet High School. We would play nine-inning games to help prepare players who are heading to Fall tournaments. There will be one umpire. The cost per player will be $10.00. In past years, these games have provided some high quality baseball for players in the 45 and 55 divisions. You do not have to be on a tournament team to play in Fall Ball.
We need a minimum of 20 committed players and a maximum of 24 players each weekend. Invitations and reservations to play are sent via email - much like the Matinee Division. If there is enough interest, the first game will be this Sunday.
