Storms all around the area again last night, but they stayed away from B Diamond and we were able to get the game in. In a nut shell, the Twins scored early and often pulling steadily away from the hard hitting Giants team . Final score Twins win 11-4. Mike Clary led the Giants offense collecting 3 hits in 3 at bats. Giant George Perry with a long double down the left field line for the only extra base hit of the game. Charlie Freer, Ricky Saidenberg, and Lee Madsen all had 3 hits for the Twins while Terry McCarthy had 2. Wayne Nicholsen picked up another complete game win allowing 7 hits, striking out one and walking one.
