The Orioles and the Reds squared off last night in Ravena and Bob Bolt was the story for the Orioles. After the Reds scored 4 times in the top of the first Bolt came on in relief and threw 6 scoreless innings. Bob allowed 3 hits, 1 walk and struck out 6.

Paul Scutieri led the offense with a single, double and triple while knocking in two. Doug Reisinger had a two run single.

Finnegin had a bases clearing double in the first and Joe Parker had two hits for the Reds.

The Orioles are now 1-1-1 (I will never get used to writing or telling people we had a tie, we should talk about changing that in the off season) and the Reds are 2-1.
