T'AI CHI FOR BALLPLAYERS' BELLY FAT

Fellow CDMSBL ballplayers:

Something happened. In my previous entry here, I talked up the great value for me of two t'ai chi exercises
I've been doing because a pulled butt muscle won't let me run now.

For some reason, the posting didn't allow me to put down the t'ai chi on-line addresses, which are exercises
you might want to try. I chose a brief exercise to beat newly discovered (and shocking) belly fat.

Here's hoping these two exercises post. They're designed for taking on belly fat and improving balance.
One is done in a chair, takes 20 minutes, requires no weights, and is the hardest exercise I"ve ever done.

If the t'ai chi exercises don't post, you may go online, typing in "t'ai chi exercises for ..." and then pick the exercises
you want to do. Such as increase upper or lower body strength, improve balance, reduce stress and bring on calm,
stretching muscles, and, of course, erasing the fat.

China invented t'ai chi about 400 years ago. There are now thousands of various exercises.

That's it. Thanks!

-Mike
