Saturday we played the 28 Pirates at SUNY. The score was 11-3 after 5 full innings. The Pirates scored 7 runs in the top of the 6th to make the score 11-10. The umpires then decided the field was to sloppy to finish the game. Other than the Pirates being unhappy (which I can't really blame them) what is the final score 11-3 or 11-10???

Sorry I found the answer in the rule book... article 7.2 "a game stopped by inclement weather after 5 innings of play shall revert to the "last completed" inning which was the 5th inning. Final score 11-3... You learn new things daily

Hooray for the rulebook... Rather than a robust ERA of 27.00, I avoid double digits and escape at 9.00!
