Joe Guerrin pitched 6 strong innings last night to lead the Orioles to an 11-1 win over the Pirates. Guerrin allowed one unearned run, walked one and struck out nine.

The Pirates led 1-0 after four innings as starting pitcher Marc Tryon carried a no hitter into the fifth. The Orioles then proceeded to score 11 runs on 11 hits over the last three innings. Mario Arduini had three hits and three rbi for the O's.

The Orioles up their record to 13-2-1, the Pirates are now 11-5-1.
