Hey guys, we are into our second season of a fantasy baseball league that is open to any ball players in the CDMSBL. The rules are pretty simple and we are looking for 3-4 more teams to complete a 12 man league. It is very easy to join and there is a chance for some nice prize money for the top 3 teams.
The cost is a flat $50.00 that one of our own is going to collect from each team that signs up. There are no extra fees for stats, trades, waiver moves etc.
Payout is $300.00 for first, $200.00 for second, and $100.00 for third based on 12 teams.
Our draft is LIVE this friday evening starting at 9pm. It will take about 1 1/2 hours. There is no bidding, when it is your turn, you take who you want out of anyone left to fill a roster of 23 players (AL and NL both).
You can pre rank your players or Yahoo will pick the next best available when it is your turn if you need to be away.
It is a head to head league which means you play one team each week and the standings are based upon your teams performance against your opposition based on 10 Stat Catagories...W, S, Whip, Ks, Era, HR, RBI, AVE, Runs, SBs. So your best record for the week would be 10-0, worst 0-10 or somewhere in the middle.
It is fun and we have lots of trash talking going on throughout the year.
