Friday night at New Scotland the Silver Marlins defeated an injury-depleted Kingston squad 12 - 0, behind 5 solid innings from Jim Ansel and 2 dominant innings from Jim Latore. It was great to see Mr. Latore back on the hill after missing the first half of the season. He had all his pitches working as he struck out 5 of the 6 batters he faced. The offense was led by homers from Dave "the Babe" Mitchell and Randy Craft.
Pretty soon people will think I'm juicin Jimmy. I do have this place in CA that supplies me with specially designed "vitamins" for 53 year olds that seem to be working but I think it's the post game ****tails every Fri that play a bigger role in my increased size. I'm sure Girard will be checking me at every game now that I share the team HR lead with Mitch......too funny ... C'mon Kravitz, being the good friend you are I know you'll have something to say
