Best of luck to Albany's entry in the National tournament in Florida starting the 8th of Nov. With names like Maney and Poleto, Ansel and T.Martin, Caputo,Dennis, Skip and Reel, I'm sure you'll represent the CDMSBL proudly,atleast in the bar room. Just think guys, if it doesn't work out this year, you can always enter the over 55's next year!! Give'em hell and bring back the rings!!!!

We also have two other solid teams going to Florida. Art Gianakos is running the Albany Firebirds and Humminbirds have their regular season team.

Good luck to all three teams. It'll be great if there's an all Albany final in the 48 division!

I noticed one name missing from this list of proven athletes, Jim Jordan is perhaps the most versatile, and experienced, player on the team. Jim has organized, commissioned, and played in this league since it's infancy, and for all his efforts we are thankful. I will not be surprised if this team wins it all.
