CDMSBL Annual meeting and board election

The CDMSBL Annual meeting will take place Tuesday December 4, 7:00pm at Colonie Town Hall.

All managers were notified last week. This is a mandatory meeting for all teams. Elections for the 2008 CDMSBL board of directors will take place at this meeting.

The format for nominations for election to the CDMSBL board is changed for this year. Nominations must be submitted by 6:00pm November 26 to cdmsbl@gmail.com. Nominations will not be accpeted from the floor at the meeting.

If more than 10 nominations are recevied (by-laws state the CDMSBL can have up to 10 board of directors), a ballot will be printed for the election.

Managers have already been notified of this new proceedure. If you want to run for the CDMSBL board, please send an email to the above address.

Could you post an agenda so we know what will be discussed? Will there be discussion of progress in planing for 55+ league?
