On Sunday, the game was moved to Kinderhook Town Park from the original game site of Voorheesville HS. Thanks to Jim Konstanakis for making the drive to ump the game due to not having umpires available.
Art Gianakos pitched 6 innings, giving up only 1 run and 5 hits and picked up the win going 6 innings when the rains hit . Dave Booker, coming back from arthroscopic knee surgery led the 14 hit Yankee attack with 3 hits (Double, 2 singles). Steve Vangelder, Dave Latina,Mike Eplite, Charlie Oswald, and Ed Screiber chipped in with 2 hits each.
Also, would like to thank Kevin Jackson for getting the field ready being that he was given short notice of the field change.
