Well, it took four games, the the Hornets finally got into the win column Sunday in a 46+ game at New Scotland.
Dick Stark, fractured finger and bleeding, whacked an RBI double to right-center to win it in the bottom of the 7th.
Chris Abrams, fresh off a 5-inning stint the night before fore the 37 Orioles, went 6 solid innings and left with the score tied at 5 to set up Stark's winning hit.
Game was back and forth, and was simply a lot of fun to play.
