mets 4, giants 0

Sorry 'bout the late posting on this.
On Monday, yes nearly a week ago, Chris Dunn tossed a masterful 4-hitter to lead the Mets past the Giants. It was the first time in the 3-year existence of the Giants that they had been shut out.

The Mets scored twice in the first, then Jim Bonaparte gave the Mets a 3-0 lead with a well-executed suicide squeeze in the 5th or 6th as the Mets scored two runs to ice the game.

Joe Rispole tossed a 5-hitter in defeat.
