Well hello again sports fans and welcome to CDMSBL Sports Center. Once again Im Bob Lounsbury, General Manager of Blue Thunder with a recap of the game held this past Thursday between the 3-4 Cougars and 2-6 Blue Thunder. Behind to 4-hit, 0 BBs, 5 Ks pitching performance from Rich Garbarino, 11 hits (two hits from Garbarino, two from Pete LaFlamme and two from Pete Geannelis and RBIs from 7 different players on Blue Thunder, they improved to 3-6 with a 10-0 victory over the Cougars. Twas a pitchers duel till the bottom of the fourth when Blue Thunder struck for 9 runs. Thank you to the Cougars, who continue to play with sportsmanship and class. Congratulations Frank, on putting together a fine team of players - they cannot ever be counted out. See you Cougars on 8/14/08 for our season finale. Wish it were more often.
