If we can avoid the rain tonight, there are still some very important games left!

With the last night of the regular season threatened by impending thunder storms, there are still a number of games that could have a big effect on the standings.
First, the Silver Marlins play the Highlanders in a rain-out make-up at New Scotland. If the Marlins win, they could finish 3rd or 4th, depending on how the Cubs do in a rain-out make-up with the Shasky's. The Orioles are scheduled to play the Reds in a game they need to win in hopes of avoiding a Saturday playoff game. The Jays and the Pirates have identical 10-9 records and have a rain out that they could make up to break that tie. The White Sox and Giants have a game against each other that they could play tonight that would decide which one of those two teams play one playoff game on Saturday and which one has to play two.
All in all it could be one helluva final night to the regular season. . . if the fates allow and the rain stays away.
Good luck to all!
