Best of luck to ALL the Florida clubs which will be playing in the Fall Classic. Team Albany/52's , most of us that is, will be staying at the Sand Dollar in Madiera Beach. I believe a good number of others will be staying at the Seabreeze in Madiera. Let's stay in touch down there, and hang out at the pool/hot tub after games, have a few ..... Also, should plan a night to get out on the town!!! For those not staying at either Hotel, please make sure you hang out with us also. Let's share contact info before we head south. Hummingbirds, that includes you guys also!!! Nothing like hanging out in November in Florida, playing ball, sipping brewskies/GREY GOOSE and lot's of laughs.
Ron Lochner and I are down here with our wives already! It is beautiful...80 degrees with beautiful sunshine!!! Lets meet at Shephards Resort at the Freaky Teaky Bar on Saturday night after the 45+ prelims.
We'll have 43 players down in Clearwater on 5 teams this year. and with 3-4 out in Arizona, wow ! I look forward to seeing players and fans at Shephards.
