Thanks Jim and Tony. Was only kidding around about Stephentown since it's winter, but it's a blast out here in Summer.
I have heard from four managers up to this point. Expect that a lot of guys are goofing off this week and rightfully so after this year of ups and downs.
I'd like to get a date set by Friday, with an agenda sent out shortly after that so guys have time to look it over.

--free agent movement and exception process for multiple guys moving to the same team --"borrowed" players as it relates to age and batting order --adhering to establlished make-up policy as it relates to rain-outs --offset scheduling --budgeting

Check your e-mails - details on the meeting have been sent to you. A few adjustments to the e-mail: 1. add to the agenda playoff setup - i.e. how many teams make playoffs 2. Thanks to the H'Birds, we can move meeting time up to 7:00 p.m. 3. The Reds will not be fielding a team for the 2009 season - hopefully the players will remain, but the team will be missed
