Located on RT 23 about five miles east of the RVW Bridge outside of is the Hudson Park Restaurant. With Ballpark theme food at reasonable prices...in 2009 they will be constructing ballfields designed after old Yankee Stadium, Polo Grounds and Ebbets Field, six field in total some with lights...The league should look into coordinating some games there. The manager's name is Mike Newcomer...I gave him the league's website and contact info. We could hold fundraising games there as an idea.
The end of last summer I went there a few times. Good burgers and dogs and great signed memorabilia throughout the dining area. they had a single tunnel out back that they let us use for free.the blueprints are on the wall and the idea is awesome.I mentioned the CDMSBL to Mike and he said 2009 is a possibility.I told him we are always looking for fields.Lets hope for the best.
