Whats the story with Bamboo Bats? are they legal for this league?
If not should we have a vote on this issue?

In order for them to be legal in our league, the board would have to re-write the rule. Current rule states they must be "all-wood, MLB approved". Bamboo isn't wood, and isn't MLB approved.
