Wednesday night at SUNY Albany the Silver Marlins used solid pitching by starter Phil Gadomski and reliever Randy Craft to top the Blue Jays 5-0. Mash gave up just three singles and one walk, while striking out three in his five innings. Randy gave up no runs on no hits and just one walk while striking out two, in his two innings of relief.

The Silvers got two RBI's from Mike Clary and one each from Ron Lochner and Paul Miles to provide more than enough scoring. Miles, Girard, Lochner, Clary, and Gadomski all had two hits each. Ralph Caputo, Joe Sarubbi, and Joe Careccia had the hits for the Blue Jays.
