The rematch from last years quarterfinals was all set and it was a great game just like last year, but the Mets prevailed this year 4-1 behind a complete game 3 hitter with 11k's by JJ Pearsall who stranded all runners the Outlaws got on base but 1. Tony Parella played a steelar 3rd base and threw out Mickey Novak attempting to score a ball to 3rd. Ryan Johnson 2 hits, Jallah Kucij a big double in the 3 run rally in the 4th, and Chris Dunn with a key 2 run single. Fred Macintosh pitched very well in defeat and scored the only run for the Outlaws. Game 2 should be a doozy with Steve Lounello against Chris Dunn on WED @ A diamond @ 6 pm.
