The latest Day at Shea Stadium has been scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 11 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The $400 tax-deductible fee benefits former New York Met Ron Hunt's baseball program in Missouri. He hangs out with the players after the game over beer and soda. It's a one day fatasy camp! Not only a good cause. You are guaranteed two games on the major league ball park. The time is a little more than two hours per contest. All players must wear baseball pants and some type of uniform top. If you want to play, send the check in right away.
