Batting Cages at New Scotland?

I would like to take credit for coming up with the idea but it was ............Jerry Solomon.

Any thoughts/possibilities of putting up some batting cages at New Scotland? It wouldn't cost much and I'm guessing there's about 700 guys who would love to help.

Who do we talk to?

Jerry, if I get booed off this thing......................what were you thinking?

We could fund that and maybe some clay for batters box and the mound. come up with some prices. I'll put it to the town. jreel

Cages for batters to get practice with so they can hit better. What the hell was I thinking! Anyway, the nets run about $400. I believe the frames are about the same when we put them up in Cook Park however someone with access to fencing can probably get it done alot cheaper. Jerry
