Fish find a spare sock , use thunder to evade cyclones

Borrowed player Steve VanGelder singled in the bottom of the 7th with one out, stole second and then scored on an up the middle single by ninth hitter and borrowed player Chuck Stanley to gain the win for the Goldens and make a complete game winner of Chuck Sohl. Vinny Koster also went the distance for the Cyclones. Scoring was difficult for each team in this 4-3 game on account of the two quality pitching jobs. Goldens move to 7-3. We hope to do the next game with OUR roster but many thanks to Steve and Chuck this time out.
