The Cougars come out and scored 3 runs in the first and added 2 more in the fourth before the Black Sox bats came alive scoring 8 runs in the fourth, 4 in the fifth and 1 in the sixth for a final of 13-6. Rich Kreig shook off the rocky first inning and went the distance for the Black Sox striking out 3 and helping his cause with 2 doubles, 2 rbi and 1 run scored. Also contributing to the Black Sox with 2 hits each were Aiello, Booker and Hoin. Booker and Fred Phillips also had 2 rbi each. Scoring 2 runs each for the Sox were Booker, Caputo, Pino and Ramos. The Cougars have added some new players to their team and are improving. They hit some shots for sure, led by 2 hits from Tessitore, and Andros with Briscoe hitting a double and Kisselburgh hitting the ball hard all day chipped in with a 2 rbi single in the first.
