I am also looking for volunteers to help with organizing this and helping on "game day".
Thanks already goes to Wayne Newcomb for securing the course at an affordable cost.
I have heard verbal commitments from a number of you and you need to follow -up now with payment.
Great idea John and Wayne. I emailed my Giants team in hopes of getting three other guys.
Though the Voorheesville fields are used predominantly by the 45s and 55s, players in the younger divisions will be using these beautiful facilities someday. So, it would be great if the 18s, 25s and 35s participated in this event so that by the time they get to the older divisions, they will feel the pride in having contributed to what could be among the elite facilities in the area.
Having a hard time getting guys to take a day off for the Outing, still trying. i myself can't play, as I will be in Myrtle Beach the entire following week, using up my vacation time playing golf, and oh yeah, reading and going to prayer services when I'm not volunteering at the local mission.
